On November 9, 2024, a tragic incident occurred on the B10 highway near Ludwigsburg. At around 7:29 AM, a 30-year-old driver was involved in a fatal accident near the "Froschgraben" landfill. The accident involved a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, which collided with a tree, causing total economic damage of approximately 12,000 euros.

Emergency services, including rescue and emergency doctor vehicles, the Schwieberdingen fire department, and the Vaihingen an der Enz road maintenance department, were promptly on the scene. The B10 was closed in both directions for the accident investigation and subsequent recovery until 10:15 AM.
